All Orchestra members are required to return their music folder and music to the Librarian at the last event that they will attending of the season. Musicians who fail to return the music and music folders in good condition will be required to reimburse the Orchestra for loss of property. Very high quality portable music stands will be distributed to all Orchestra members prior to the first concert of the season, and will be collected at the last concert of the season. Orchestra members who choose to purchase their music stands may do so at cost. Musicians who fail to return the music stand in good condition will be required to reimburse the Orchestra for loss of equipment.

Musician’s Information

 

Unless otherwise noted, all rehearsals will be held at the Music School in East Providence (Sage Hall). Rehearsals begin promptly at 7:00 PM, and end at 9:30 PM.
